2011 Ferrari FF
Enzo Ferrari wanted his cars to go fast. Racing was in his blood and if were alive he might not recognize the Ferrari FF
grand tourer and might perceive it as an estate. This is the first ever
4WD Ferrari which would be reason enough to make the racing driver
inside Enzo smile. One of the few times that Ferrari has experimented with 4WD was way back in the 70’s with the WRC Lancia Stratos that was powered by a Ferrari Dino
engine. The FF is a front-engined V12, 4 seater GT that replaces the
612 Scaglietti. It is aimed at the customer who the manufacturer thinks
will be new to their brand. With the FF, Ferrari is trying to reinvent
itself to cope with the every changing dynamics of the automobile world.
FF stands for Ferrari Four and it is the first Ferrari to accommodate
four full-sized adults and their luggage. This new found versatility in
the Ferrari makes it better suited for India but you have to pay Rs3.50
crore for it to be parked in your garage.
